Define the required scope of work
For inspection of links, public-page responses and search directives, compare a completed audit task. If the operator also owns rank or link research, assess the relevant PowerSuite components separately. Breadth is useful only where somebody will use it. Fix the actual owner and deliverable before assigning value to capabilities that appear together in a desktop toolkit.
Align collection conditions on the same URLs
The same site can produce different results when scope or collection settings differ. Align known issues, URLs and timing, and document unreachable material. Do not equate a larger list with greater accuracy. Evaluate whether the evidence needed for the repair is available and understandable under a setup that represents your real operating conditions.
Check what the similar free cap does not tell you
Both current free offerings include a 500-URL inspection boundary, but this does not establish equivalent saving or configuration rights. Test reopening and reporting after the first inspection. Identify where recurring work stops and which paid conditions would resolve it. Free entry is useful evidence about evaluation access, not a complete specification for a maintained workflow.
Example: complete a URL-change inspection
For an illustrative move of ten URLs, prepare the mapping and inspect final behavior after release. Include referring sources when they need editing. Then test whether you can explain the evidence another day. This exposes differences in saving, output and handover that are relevant to your workflow without pretending to be a measured universal performance contest.
Explain any continuing overlap
If another subscription already handles rank research, identify what the new toolkit would replace. For an audit-only addition, retain needed outputs and history from the existing process. Put an owner and review date on temporary overlap. Do not justify continuing costs with capabilities that might theoretically matter someday but have no assigned task now.
