Build the estimate from approved scripts

List the character count and intended publication for each approved script before selecting a plan. Finished minutes help schedule the edit but do not establish website generation usage. Count Japanese and English versions separately. Mark an unfinished script’s count as provisional and replace it after approval. Keep the voice, required operation and script revision in the same record. When usage rises, this lets the team distinguish additional episodes from additional revision work. The estimate becomes a description of the actual production inputs rather than a promise that an arbitrary number of videos always fits one subscription.

Fix the website billing scope

Official help describes website generation as one credit per character, with voice modifiers outside that basic statement. The worked example assumes ordinary narration without an additional modifier and excludes API discounts. Other operations drawing from the balance need their own allowance. Do not turn a duration estimate into a definite price while concealing those assumptions. Separate text count, generated versions, modifiers and other features. Leave an unresolved item visible rather than assigning it a zero value. This scope matters when an apparently simple narration account also produces dubbing or other creative work during the same billing period.

Work through a 28,000-character scenario

Eight scripts of 2,500 characters create a base of 20,000 characters. Assume another 5,000 for rewritten passages and 3,000 for alternate reads: the planning total is 28,000. Compared with Starter’s 30,000 credits, the simple remainder is 2,000 under the stated assumptions. That is not proof of adequate room for modifiers or other features. Also model another 4,000 characters of corrections. Where the workload exceeds the included balance, check additional-use terms or a different tier. Replace every hypothetical quantity with the real scripts and observed revision log once available. Keep preapproval rewrites separate too, comparing more capacity with an earlier content-review step.

Compare recurring commitments

The checked regular monthly prices are USD6 for Starter, USD22 for Creator and USD99 for Pro. Keep first-month offers out of the recurring estimate. For an annual option, record the upfront commitment and idle months alongside the monthly equivalent. A single busy month and a sustained increase are different purchasing situations. Verify whether a higher tier’s additional features are actually required. Compare the ordinary cost of configurations that can complete the delivery, while keeping any unresolved extra-usage cost separate. A larger feature bundle is not automatically the economical answer to a temporary revision spike.

Apply the publication condition before capacity

A sufficient Free balance does not substitute for suitable commercial production terms. Free output is noncommercial and sharing requires the specified attribution. For client or monetized work, establish eligible paid-period production and review Beta or feature-specific conditions. Rights in the script and any source voice remain separate. Do not treat later payment as a retroactive change to earlier free output. Associate each released version with its production subscription. Apply these requirements before comparing capacity, so the apparent cheapest option does not describe output that cannot be used for the actual assignment.

Review the process before renewal

At renewal, classify additional usage by late script approval, pronunciation correction and performance exploration. If every small change triggers a whole-script rerender, trial a more manageable review unit. Retain scripts, outputs, captions, pronunciation records and publication mappings for future work. Separate the expiry of unused paid credits after cancellation from the conditions governing previously eligible output. Generating unnecessary material merely to exhaust a balance does not solve a production need. Judge the recurring cost after another operator can locate the retained source and complete a realistic product-name correction without undocumented dependencies on the original creator.
