Price the required delivery format
A shared player, a delivered MP4 and a package imported into a learning system are different requirements. Do not select a plan from video minutes while the delivery format is undecided. The pricing information separates production allowances from export features; begin with a configuration that works in the recipient’s actual distribution environment, then assess its capacity.
Keep the selected model in the allowance check
Current plan information distinguishes model-specific minutes. Do not treat different model allowances as equal promises about quality or finished output. Complete one lesson with the intended method, including review of picture, presenter and corrections. Keep model choice and delivery conditions together in the budget so a comparison of capacity does not silently change the production task.
Map roles to actual operations
Identify script editors, subject reviewers and release owners, then test their required operations. Editor access and audience size are not the same purchasing unit. Explain who needs a seat and why instead of assuming every viewer requires the same account as the producer. The plan should support the review process without depending on a shared administrator login.
Separate initial creation from maintenance
A launch library of ten five-minute lessons and two revisions per month create different workloads. Log the initial fifty minutes separately from recurring changes and language versions, then verify how the account treats each repeated operation. A commitment sized only for launch may not be the best match for ongoing maintenance; compare the configurations against the actual production calendar.
Resolve the exit arrangement before purchase
Do not promise that a hosted link or streaming package will behave identically after a subscription change. Secure required outputs and scripts, and identify where learner records and interactive behavior depend on the provider. If portability matters, trial one item using the proposed alternative delivery. Obtaining a video and migrating a learning experience are separate acceptance checks.
