Begin with the learning task
Define an outcome such as completing one onboarding procedure, then use the same script and visual material. Compare Synthesia and Colossyan through that task rather than avatar appearance or catalog size alone. Separate what a presenter should explain from what a diagram or screen should show, and evaluate the complete instructional treatment instead of an isolated talking-head sample.
Separate video output from learning-system delivery
Decide whether delivery means an MP4, a shared player or an import into a learning system. An advertised feature does not establish entitlement under the proposed plan. Run one item in the destination and verify playback, presentation and any required record handling. Do not accept a successful editor preview as evidence that the final distribution requirement has also been met.
Trial the actual approval roles
