Define the retained business record

A survey answer and a request whose status changes repeatedly are different records. Separate collected values from continuing operating state before designing questions. If continued editing matters, name the authorized editor and main record destination in the specification.

Use realistic questions, not templates

Include long text, files, conditions and corrections in a shared sample. Inspect what respondents must prepare and what operators receive. A design preference can inform selection, but it should not become an unmeasured claim about response rates or commercial outcomes.

Normalize responses and retained capacity

Typeform’s submission allowance and Baserow’s records or storage are different quantities. Estimate new monthly intake separately from the retained register. Where an answer creates related rows or large files, include that growth when matching the actual entitlement.

Check operating access and hosting

Baserow adds a hosted-versus-self-managed decision where relevant. On either intake, separate internal and external scopes. A useful working list is not proof that other responses are inaccessible; inspect the actual authorization requirement independently.

A hypothetical request-review process

For a hundred hypothetical document requests, compare retaining answers alone with maintaining owner, review date and sent status. In the latter, distinguish original answers from changing operational state. Rehearse a corrected request and a cancelled dispatch as well as the ordinary successful handoff.

Separate the migration components

Verify scope and representation in Typeform responses and Baserow table exports. Do not assume questions, field definitions, files, history and permissions all reside in one portable file. Count reconstruction work at the destination rather than considering copied form appearance a complete migration.

Distinguish survey analysis from case status

For a hundred fictional records, separate counting questionnaire answers from locating unfinished cases. The former depends on question meaning and version; the latter on owner, deadline and state. Success at one does not demonstrate the other. Where collection and the operating register remain separate, identify the additional integration cost and acceptance checks explicitly.
