Read unlimited together with fair use
The official unlimited-form and submission offer is subject to fair use. Define input types, files and the expected sending pattern as well as volume. Unlimited wording is neither permission for arbitrary automated traffic nor a guarantee that every business workload fits the service.
Distinguish Pro monthly and annual displays
Official help lists Pro at USD 29 per month. Treat annual-billing equivalents on the pricing page as a different commitment. Verify that the required domain, collaboration or customization feature is actually in Pro, and identify the business reason rather than upgrading because a feature looks attractive.
Assess a governance-led upgrade
For retention controls or email-verification requirements, inspect Business’s actual feature conditions. These are separate from needing more submissions. Assign configuration and review ownership; purchasing a governance feature does not establish that the organization has correctly operated it.
Budget a seasonal intake period
If a hypothetical campaign needs Pro for two months, 29 × 2 = USD 58 is an illustrative base comparison, excluding tax and surrounding services. Check whether records or corrections remain necessary afterward. The public intake period alone does not determine when all paid operational needs end.
Count the surrounding intake process
External registers, notifications or mail services bring their own offers. If one response generates several API actions or alerts, record those counts too. A free form entitlement should not turn the surrounding intake process into an assumed zero-cost service.
Separate closure, cancellation and deletion
Distinguish closing intake, changing the subscription and deleting retained answers. Preserve question mappings and validate a format usable at the destination. Verify continued access and billing timing against the actual account and official payment procedure rather than assuming all three operations happen together.
Check the work after a campaign closes
A fictional two-month campaign can leave response review and support work afterward. Separate public closure, ending a required paid capability and record-retention review. Verify effective billing dates and retained functions before choosing the cancellation moment. That avoids ending necessary controls prematurely, while also avoiding indefinite retention without a defined purpose or owner.
