Inspect the intended change
Before requesting an admin screen, define the screens, data and authorization assumptions. A visually correct result is still unsuitable if it stores or exposes data incorrectly. Review the plan against those assumptions and leave specific feedback before the task grows. This creates a clear point at which you can redirect the work.
Use diff review as a routine
The documented Review Changes view supports inspecting changes and commenting on diffs. Include configuration, dependencies, authentication and network behavior in your own review. If an otherwise correct patch contains unrelated changes, request a narrower patch before accepting it; that makes future debugging and handoff easier.
Evaluate allowance over a working period
An ongoing individual free tier is documented, but agent access remains limited. Test a representative set of routine tasks rather than one short prompt. Note when an allowance prevents further work and whether the refresh cycle fits your schedule. Free access is useful only if it can support the work you actually intend to do.
Check optional overage behavior
Paid access can include optional credit overages beyond baseline allowance. Decide whether an exhausted allowance should stop work or permit additional consumption, then check the effective setting. Keep plan fees, purchased credits and the eventual app’s hosting bill separate; the development environment’s allowance does not describe production operating costs.
Identify the interrupted workload or missing model entitlement. Decide separately whether to permit AI-credit overages. Judge usable changes completed within the required working period, not output length, and assign responsibility for the setting and billing record governing additional consumption.
Example: finishing an input form
For a hypothetical request form, put fields, storage and editing roles into the plan. After implementation, test missing input, invalid input and successful and failed saves. Review appearance and persistence separately. Diff feedback should identify the invalid condition and expected message, not merely request a red field. That creates an observable condition for accepting the next revision.
After a hypothetical form is completed, ask another maintainer to add one field. Record configuration and persistence assumptions hidden during initial generation. Inspect existing-data and access effects as well as appearance and repeat the same verification path. The second revision provides evidence about maintainability beyond the first finished screen.
Distinguish the current offering
Google documents that consumer Gemini Code Assist access ended in June 2026. Do not transfer an old tutorial’s login method or allowances to Antigravity by assumption. Verify the current product and the entitlements shown for your account, then complete a small task in the new environment before moving an important workflow.
Preserve accepted requirements, configuration names, data locations and release procedures alongside code. Access to a conversation or artifact is not the same as operating knowledge. Review contract changes, connections and saved work separately before switching, and verify that the next maintainer can start and revise the project.
