In this guide
  1. Start from the current workspace
  2. Rehearse the review process
  3. Check organizational eligibility
  4. Test interruption and allowance behavior
  5. Example: a second developer continues the work
  6. Switch through a bounded pilot

Start from the current workspace

List your editor, extensions, shortcuts and debugger setup. If a new environment is part of the pilot, reproduce the development operations you rely on. A visual demonstration can conceal migration friction, so use a small real project rather than an empty workspace when evaluating the cost of adoption.

Rehearse the review process

Run the same task through Antigravity’s change-review workflow and your current GitHub-based process. Keep the reviewer, feedback location and verification responsibility consistent. Compare the route to an accepted change rather than the initial output, which may look useful before a teammate has tried to maintain it.

Check organizational eligibility

Do not equate a personal free allowance with an organization-managed contract. Check feature eligibility, model governance and the people covered by the agreement. If your organization already has a policy, verify compatibility before spending time on a workflow that administrators cannot approve or support.

Test interruption and allowance behavior

Observe how work is interrupted when your entitlement is exhausted and how it can resume. Waiting for refresh and continuing with additional spending have different budget implications. Test the behavior against the work you expect near a deadline rather than comparing an isolated allowance number without its operational context.

Example: a second developer continues the work

After the same screen change in each candidate, ask a second developer to add one field. Record friction in startup, locating context, reviewing changes and running checks. This adds training and migration evidence to the original operator experience. A tool that feels fast to its first user still needs a viable path for the next maintainer.

Switch through a bounded pilot

Complete creation, revision, review and pre-release checks in one bounded project. Keep the existing workflow available until you know which operations would be lost. Before a broad switch, have another developer make a follow-up change; successful continuation is stronger adoption evidence than liking the model’s first answer.
