Describe the user journey
Describe the user, input, stored information and observable result. An internal request app, for example, has different information and actions for applicants and approvers. Use invented records and begin with submission, listing, detail and correction. Decide missing-input and failed-save behavior before adding screens. Appearance alone does not communicate authentication or persistence assumptions. Keep the requirements concise enough that another person can inspect them, and preserve the same examples for later checks. This gives the initial build and subsequent maintenance a shared definition of what counts as a working application.
Inspect the second change
After the first workflow exists, add one optional field and reopen existing records. Then identify a field ordinary users must not change, including direct navigation to its URL. The ability to preserve existing behavior through a revision matters more than generating another attractive screen from scratch. Ask for the reason, relevant code and remaining uncertainty behind the change. Involve the intended maintainer when those details are unclear. Hiding a control is not evidence that access is enforced. The second change reveals operating assumptions that the original build can leave invisible.
Budget a shared balance by purpose
Current official guidance describes a workspace balance usable for building, Cloud and in-app AI. Track those purposes separately without assuming three independent paid wallets. More members affect consumption of shared resources, so inspect usage limits and alerts rather than relying only on headcount. Published applications can consume resources even during a month with little development. A verified paid entry amount is not established here; use the official checkout fee and period. Do not divide plan prices by nominal credit counts as though every plan assigns credits identical value.
Hypothetical task: a request correction
Suppose a hypothetical equipment-request app lets applicants correct only their own requests while an approver changes status. Test listing, detail, editing and reload as applicant A, applicant B and the approver. Repeat after adding a field and confirm that older requests remain readable. If notifications are involved, use a test destination. This is a proposed exercise, not a measured success rate. It gives the team a concrete way to evaluate persistence and authorization before a prototype becomes a business dependency and real records make an incomplete assumption expensive to repair.
Understand the Git handoff
The documented GitHub integration exports and synchronizes project code in both directions. It provides a route for developer review and work in a conventional environment. It does not by itself move database records, authentication, secrets, external APIs or domains. Inventory code and each operating service separately, then start a destination using sample data. Preserve required variable names while keeping secret values out of Git. Another maintainer should be able to assemble the environment without relying on the original chat or private knowledge of where production settings were entered.
Distinguish downgrade and shutdown
The documented web subscription flow cancels paid renewal through a downgrade to Free at the end of the billing period. Remaining credit categories have different conditions, so inspect them before switching. If the objective is to stop a published application, verify publication separately instead of assuming downgrade performs shutdown. For migration, have the next maintainer start the destination and make a small revision, then preserve required data before retiring agreements or connections. A billing change and a successfully transferred service are different outcomes, and both need an explicit operating owner.
