Start with the feature boundary

The verified plan guide lists Pro Lite at USD 9 yearly and Pro Standard at USD 19 yearly. A project requiring a domain or forms should not adopt the Lite amount as its budget. Match Lite to projects that do not need those features, then inspect the eligible higher tier.

Do not confuse an equivalent with billing

Dividing USD 19 by twelve gives about USD 1.58, but that calculation does not create a monthly payment option. Put the annual commitment first in the budget and label the equivalent only as a comparison aid. Even a small subscription needs an identifiable payer and renewal date.

Add the domain renewal separately

Connecting a custom domain is different from owning and renewing the domain itself. Record the registrar, registrant, renewal rate and person permitted to change DNS. If the first year has a promotional price, assess ongoing affordability using the renewal amount rather than the introductory offer.

Budget the enquiry route

For an external form, mailing service or booking tool, examine its own allowance and upgrade condition. A scenario with fifty monthly enquiries should specify where all fifty records go and who receives notifications. The page-builder subscription is not the cost of the entire response process.

Include the cost of outgrowing the scope

A campaign can remain deliberately small; an expanding article or product catalogue may call for a different system. List the next year’s likely growth and price a rebuild if it is already expected. Starting small is reasonable, provided the circumstances that would trigger migration are documented.

Distinguish several sites from one large site

For three separate campaigns, check the domain and form requirements of each. Hosting several sites in an account is not the same as growing one structured publication with article categories. Include ownership of subscriptions and domains when a campaign closes as well as the initial site count.

If allocating costs across clients, first identify the actual annual contract amount, then record the internal allocation separately. An allocated monthly cost per campaign should not be presented as the vendor’s real billing arrangement.
