Audio and video production

Organise scripts, voice tracks, captions and exports so your production remains maintainable after publication.

Generating a track or clip does not establish a final release. Separate script approval, pronunciation review, caption checks and file management, keeping enough information to trace and revise the released version.

The workflow

  1. Set the context and script

Decide whether the content will be heard alone or with visuals. Distinguish spoken copy from on-screen text and version the script being approved.

  2. Review a small sample

Check names, numbers and likely pronunciation problems first. For video, review caption timing, explanations and audio levels together.

  3. Prepare the release files

Group the selected audio, video and captions under one release version. Check usage terms and destinations, and find every old placement when replacing a file.
